We are looking for a bar/restaurant manager for our bar/restaurant on the Kent coast.
We aim to deliver high end levels of service, innovative drinks and great international modern cookery.
We are looking for a hosptality professional, with extensive experience that has great passion and enthusiasm for the industry. You must also be able to teach junior staff and be capable of managing the operation unaided.
You must have a love of food and wine and be enthusiastic about driving business with special events. This position may suit an assistant bar/restaurant manager or supervisor looking for their first step up to full management.
